- Newspaper Obituary - Monday, December 12, 1988 Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Pulaski - Robert J. Sanderson, 74, of the Tinker Tavern Road, died Saturday at his home. Mr. Sanderson was born in Pulaski and graduated from Pulaski Academy and High School, class of 1932. He operated a farm on the Tinker Tavern Road until he retired in 1975. He is survived by a brother, Stanley E. of Mexico; two sisters, Edna M. Potter of Syracuse and Irene M. Sanderson of Pulaski; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home. Burial will be in South Richland Cemetery, Fernwood. Calling hours will be 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home, 7385 Park Street, Pulaski.
Newspaper Obituary - December 13, 1988 Watertown Daily Times - ROBERT J. SANDERSON, PULASKI, DIES AT AGE 74 - obert J. Sanderson, 74, of RD 4, County Route 28, died Saturday at his home. The funeral was held at 10 this morning at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home with Rev. Earl M. Smith, pastor of Park United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial was in South Richland Cemetery, Fernwood. Surviving are a brother, Stanley E., Mexico; two sisters, Edna M. Potter, Syracuse, and Irene M. Sanderson, Pulaski; and several nieces and nephews. Born in Pulaski July 16, 1914, a son of Raymond and Myra Hilton Sanderson, he was graduated from Pulaski Academy High School in 1932. Mr. Sanderson owned and operated a dairy farm until his retirement in 1975. He was also employed for a time at the General Electric Co., Syracuse.
