Arnold E. Seyer, 71, of 7529 Maple Ave., died Sunday at Oswego Hospital.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home with the Rev. Elizabeth Mowry officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Orwell.
A calling hour will be held one hour before the funeral Tuesday at the funeral home.
Surviving are a son, Dennis A., Pulaski; four grandchildren, an aunt and several cousins.
Born in Orwell on Dec. 17, 1922, a son of Ernest and Edna Greenfield Seyer, he graduated from Pulaski Academy High School in 1939.
Mr. Seyer had lived in the Pulaski area most of his life. He worked at General Electric Co. in Syracuse for several years and for the Richland Town Highway Department.
Mr. Seyer served in the Army from 1944 to 1947.
His wife, the former Eleanor Hall, died Feb. 7.
