- Edna B. Palmer
Former Pulaski resident Edna B. Palmer, 82, died Tuesday, April 1, 1986 at Rome City Hospital.
Mrs. Palmer resided in Pulaski most of her life. Her husband, Pulaski Police Chief Lisle A. Palmer, died in 1977.
She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church and the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Surviving are a son, Arnold Seyer of Pulaski; a sister, Goldie Walters of Pulaski; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services were at 11 a.m. Thursday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, the Rev. Richard A. Clay officiating. Burial was in Pulaski Cemetery. Friends called from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, 7389 Park Street.
