  Class of 1928 PACS HAZEL D. BREWER Post-Standard, The (Syracuse, NY) - May 8, 2002 Hazel Durst Brewer, 90, of Ooltewah, Tenn., died April 29. Born in North Osceola, she lived in Syracuse before moving to Ooltewah 10 years ago. She graduated from Pulaski Academy, now State University College at Oswego, and received a master’s degree from Syracuse University. She retired as an elementary school teacher for North Syracuse Central Schools. She was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church in Minoa and was a member of Syracuse Camera Club. Her husband, Clifford M., died in 1996. Survivors: A son, Carl C. of Ooltewah; three granddaughters; three great-grandchildren. Services: None.
