Newspaper Article - Friday, November 5, 1926 Oswego Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Leslie Burr Is Badly Injured - Mother, Nurse at County Sanatorium, Rushes to His Aid In New York - Pulaski, November 5 - Mrs. Daniel Burr, a nurse at Oswego County Sanatorium, received word yesterday that her son, Leslie Burr, 31, was badly crushed while in construction work in New York City, being caught between a wall and a hoisting engine sometime yesterday. Mrs. Burr left for New York at once. Latest advices in the village are to effect that Burr has a chance for life. It is understood that the engineer of the machine became excited over the accident and could not stop the machine before Burr has been badly hurt. Mr. Burr and his mother are former residents of Pulaski.
