Gwen F. Fiegl, 76, Creekside Apartments, died Monday at A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital, Fulton. She had resided at Michaud Health Services, Fulton, since July.
Mrs. Fiegl was a bank teller for a time and a receptionist for a doctor in Lacona.
Born March 8, 1931, in Utica, daughter of Edwin and Ruth Howlett Fort, she graduated from Pulaski High School.
She married Frank Fiegl. He died Jan. 3, 1971. A later marriage ended in divorce.
Mrs. Fiegl was an avid bowler and enjoyed gardening. She was a member of Sandy Creek United Methodist Church and a former member of Northern Blue Jays Motorcycle Club.
Surviving are three sons and their companions, Dale and Patty Hicks, Ithaca, Paul and Nikki Wilcox, Pulaski, and Frank and Jackie Simmons, Kissimmee, Fla.; six grandchildren, a great-grandchild, five stepgrandchildren and four stepgreat-grandchildren.
A daughter, Sheri Fiegl, died in 1994.
A graveside service will be at a later date in Woodlawn Cemetery with the Rev. Linda J. Harris officiating.
There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are with Summerville Funeral Home.
