      Newspaper Obituary - Tuesday, August 26, 1997 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Betty L. Allen, Former Restaurant Employee - Betty L. Allen, 47, of 98 Hasto Road, died Sunday at her home. She had been ill with cancer. Mrs. Allen was previously employed by Rite Aid and Krupke's Restaurant. Born March 10, 1950, in Oswego, daughter of Allen F. and Alice L. Fravor North, she graduated from Pulaski Academy High School in 1968. She married Thomas E. Allen on December 10, 1978. Surviving besides her husband are two daughters, Belinda L. Johnston and Bridgette A. Williams, both of Sandy Creek; two stepdaughters, Tammi Pluff and Tracy Allen, both of Syracuse; her mother and stepfather, Alice and Hugh Hilton, Orwell; two brothers, Robert L. North, Pulaski, and Allen F. North, Rosamond, California, and seven grandchildren. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home with the Rev. Elizabeth Mowry officiating_ Burial will be in South Richland Cemetery, Fernwood. Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Oswego County unit of the American Cancer Society or the Volunteers of Oswego County Hospice.
