      Anna Marie Lindsey, 82, formerly of Sandy Creek, died Thursday at Mercy of Northern New York, Watertown, where she had resided since 2004.

      Mrs. Lindsey resided in Pulaski from 1932 until moving to Sandy Creek in 1944 and was employed by Corse Press from 1945 to 1955.

      Born Aug. 22, 1925, in Mexico, daughter of Glenn J. and Anna B. Chase Ward, she graduated in 1942 from Pulaski Academy High School.

      She married Harmon S. Lindsey on June 24, 1944. He died Dec. 31, 2004.

      Mrs. Lindsey was a former member of Pulaski Baptist Church, the Women's Relief Corps, Pulaski, and the Red Hat Society, Watertown.

      Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Gaylord H. and Paulette, Pulaski; two daughters and a son-in-law, Chrystal J. Mowers, Altmar, and Kelly N. and Stuart MacVean, Aiken, S.C.; a brother, Marvin Ward, Williamstown; a sister, Martha Chatterton, Sandy Creek, and six grandchildren.

      The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.

      There will be no calling hours.
