      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday Evening, May 10, 1917 Oswego Daily Times - Oswego, New York - Pulaski, May 10 - The death of Mrs. Elisha L. Burr occurred yesterday afternoon, following a stroke of paralysis three months ago. Her maiden name was Caroline Jones. She was born March 14, 1843, on a farm on the Mexico road and where practically her entire life had been passed. Besides her husband she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. D. P. Rogers, and a brother, George E. Jones. Private funeral services will be held at the family home at 2 p.m. Saturday, conducted by the Rev. Charles T. Holcombe, pastor of the First M. E. church of the village. Burial will be made in the Willis cemetery.
