  Online Obituary - IN LOVING MEMORY - LEE J. GARRETT - February 15, 2020 - Lee past away February 15 2020 after a 6 year battle with pancreatic cancer. He spent 4 years in the Air Force and then went to work for Alltel in Fulton in 1976-2003. Lee had a love for the outdoors, fishing and camping with his children was his favorite past time. He also loved watching all of the cooking channel's and grilling. He was an avid John Wayne fan. Leaving behind is his loving wife of 23 years Susan Garrett, two children Morgan (Michelle) Garrett, Michelle (Doug) Philo, two granddaughters Sawyer and Drew Garrett. He is predeceased by his parents Wilfred and Dorothy Garrett and brother Gary Garrett. Friends may call from 2 to 3 p.m. Friday, November 13, 2020 at Harter Funeral Home, Inc. Parish, NY, with burial immediately following at Pleasant Lawn Cemetery. Lee's ashes were placed at the head of his mother on Nov 18, 2020.
