- Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, September 5, 1957 Cato Citizen - Cato, New York - Hold Services For Elizabeth A. Cook - Mrs. Elizabeth A. Cook, 72, died Friday morning after a long illness at her home near Hannibal Center. She was born in Martville, and was the daughter of Frank and Phoebe Miller Stuber. Mrs. Cook was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Verna Cumming and Mrs. Mildred Ladd, both of Martville; two sisters, Mrs. Viola Zellars of Fulton and Mrs. Elva Cockrane of Liverpool; three brothers, Frank Stuber of Massena, Clarence Stuber of Phoenix and Leon Stuber of Fulton; 26 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Services were at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Mott funeral home in Hannibal, the Rev. Elder Barnes of Syracuse officiating.
