    • Newspaper Obituary - Monday, November 28, 2005 Post Standard - Syracuse, New York - Deceased Name: ROSSMAN - Janet G. Rossman November 27, 2005 - Janet G. Rossman, 57, of Port Street, Pulaski, died Sunday at Oswego Hospital. Born June 22, 1948, in Syracuse, she was the daughter of William and Bessie Rogers Guthrie. She was a life resident of Pulaski and graduated from Pulaski Academy High School in 1966 and received her bachelor's and master's degrees in elementary education from SUNY Oswego. She married Terry M. Rossman on September 27, 1969. She was employed by APW schools as an elementary teacher, retiring from Williamstown Elementary in 2003 after 31 years. Janet was a member of the Oswego County Retired Teachers Association. Surviving are her husband, Terry; one daughter, Melissa R. (James) Cole of Pulaski; two sons, Joshua (Tami) Rossman of Crofton, MD, and Eric Rossman of Cortland; her mother, Bessie Guthrie of Pulaski; one sister, Nancy Wilder of Germantown, MD; and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park St., Pulaski, with burial in Pulaski Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Donations may be made to NOCA, Delano St., Pulaski, NY 13142.
