    • Newspaper Obituary - Tuesday, March 9, 1993 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Edith S. Woolson, 77, A Retired Cook, Dies - Edith S. Woolson, 77, Loomis Road, died Monday afternoon at the Samaritan-Keep Home, Watertown. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home with the Rev. Elizabeth Mowry, pastor of Park United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Richland Cemetery in the spring. Calling hours will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Donations may be made to Oswego County Hospice in care of the H. Douglas Barclay Courthouse, Pulaski, New York 13142. Surviving are a son, Charles R., Pulaski; eight daughters, Mary Anson, Altmar, Janet Schenck, Kissimmee, Florida, Donna Godfrey and Gayle Reynolds, both of Richland, Millie Skufca, Lacona, Jenny Zehr, Sandy Creek, and Linda Loomis and Deborah Teachout Both, of Pulaski; 20 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Norman Hall, Pulaski; and two sisters, Virginia Watkins and Eleanor Sayer, both of Pulaski. Born February 5, 1916, in Durhamville, daughter of George and Ida Eaugher Hall, she attended Sandy Creek schools and married Claude A. Woolson September 5, 1936, in Lake Placid. Mr. Woolson died September 24, 1987. Mrs. Woolson had resided in Pulaski since 1936 and was a cook in several area restaurants.
