Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, February 12, 1931 Sandy Creek News - Sandy Creek, New York - Friends in this vicinity were saddened to hear of the death of Frank Horton, 28, who died at the City Hospital, Welfare Island, New York. He was a former resident of the Ridge Road and was buried, in Richland Cemetery Friday, February 6.
Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, February 12, 1931 Sandy Creek News - Sandy Creek, New York - Frank Horton, 28, son of Marion Horton, formerly of Richland, died in New York City at the home of his sister, Mrs. Fannie Lawson, Tuesday night, February 3, 1931, after an illness of about two years. Mr. Horton had been an invalid several years and had been in New York City for treatment. The body was received in Pulaski Thursday evening by P. K. Foster, undertaker, and taken to the home of Mrs. Carrie Whitney on the Lake road, where the funeral was held. Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Lawson, Mrs. Bruce Mayne, Mexico, and Mrs. Nina Cragle of South Carolina; three brothers, Archie, Clinton and Ward Horton, and his father.
