Notes - Elmer H. Swanson, 62, Enumclaw, formerly of Chelan, died here Thursday.
He was born on Feb. 25, 1912, at Chelan and attended the Boyd District School.
He married Ruth Beckman on February, 1938, in Chelan. Following their marriage they lived in Chelan where he operated a ranch between 1945 to 1955. He then moved to Enumclaw where he worked at a Weyerhauser sawmill.
Survivors include his wife and a daughter, Shirley, at the home; three sons, Paul of Big Sky, Mont., Wilbur of Auburn and Delbert of Enumclaw; a sister, Elsie St. Luise, and a brother Glenn, both of Chelan; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and a brother.
