Burton K. Marley November 20, 2007
Burton L. Marley, 78, of 265 W. 1st St. S., Fulton, NY died Tuesday at A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital, Fulton after a long illness. Mr. Marley was born in Granby, NY and he has been a resident of Fulton for most of his life. He retired from Goldberg Furniture after 29 years. He was a past member of the Fulton Polish Home. Mr. Marley was a US Veteran having served in the Army during 1946 to 1948.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Barbara Marley, of Fulton; his daughter, Ida Battles, of Mexico, NY; two brothers, Ralph Marley, of White Plains, NY and Bill Marley, of Fulton, NY; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Fulton. Calling Hours will be held 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc.
