    • Pulaski Democrat, microfilm cut off edge. Wed Oct 23, 1918 Richland Deaths---On Sunday morning Mr. Frank Bowers a life resident of Richland died at his home on the Centerville road. He was 81 years old and had worked for the N.Y.C.R.R. Co. for 35 years. he leaves a wife and the following children: henry of Oswego, Anson of Richland, John of Dugway, Mrs. Ed Louks, Mrs. Ed Martin of Richland, Mrs. Lulu Dowie of Oswego, Mrs. Cora Gilley (Stoen Eagle, VA) also 18 grandchildren. Private funeral services were conducted on Monday afternoon, Rev. Henry Knoll officiated
