- Steven N. Rosenbaum November 14, 2011 Steven N. Rosenbaum, age 74, resident of Pulaski and Sandy Pond, for the past 40 years, passed away Monday at his home. Steven was born February 26, 1937 in Brooklyn, the son of Morris and Rose Stern Rosenbaum. He graduated from Binghamton Central School. Steven served in the United States Army from 1959 until 1962. He owned the North Country Manor Apartment in Pulaski since the early 1970s. Steven was a member of the VFW Post #7289 in Pulaski and the Russell Horning American Legion in Parish. Surviving: his companion, Elaine Regner of Pulaski; four daughters, Wendy (Brad) Smart of Skaneateles, Geri Stone of Oswego, Vanessa (Brian) Woolson of Syracuse, Heather Rosenbaum of Syracuse; six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski, with burial in Pulaski Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the funeral. Donations may be made to Friends of Oswego County Hospice, Inc., P.O. Box 102, Oswego, NY 13216.
