    • Brewster - Pauline Fredricka Stevens, 60, a cook in the school lunch program for the past 14 years, died Sunday after a long illness.

      She was born June 8, 1903, in Chelan and moved to Brewster in 1926. In 1960 she married Francis Stevens.

      Surviving are: her husband; three daughters, Freda Eakins, Vivian Gawroski and Phyllis Pease, all of Spokane; a step-son, Jack Stevens, Bend, Ore.; her brothers, Glenn Swanson, Chelan, Elmer Swanson, Enumclaw, and Herman Swanson, in Alaska; a sister, Elsie St. Louise, Chelan; and 9 grandchildren.
