    • Doris S. Mowers Wallace - June 2, 1909 - April 23, 1990. Daughter of Henry Franklin and Catherine Benway Mowers. Wife of William Wallace.

      Newspaper Obituary - Monday, April 30, 1990 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Richland - Doris S. Wallace, 80, formerly of Centerville Road, died April 23 at Castle Rest Nursing Home, Syracuse, after a long illness. A native of Williamstown, Mrs. Wallace also lived in Altmar, Mexico and Syracuse before moving to Richland. She and her husband, William, retired in 1964 after working their farms in Pulaski and Mexico. He died in 1986. Surviving are two daughters, Audrey Jennings of Illinois and Charlotte Stoutenger of Fulton; a son, Walter of Mexico; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services were held at Taylor-Vida Funeral Home, the Rev. Donald A. Easton officiating. Burial was in Richland Cemetery.
