- Kevin D. Balcom, Jr. Obituary
Kevin D. Balcom, Jr., age, 36, resident of Watertown, formerly of Syracuse and Pulaski passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 17th. Kevin was born February 21, 1989, in Watertown, the son of Kevin and Betty Kaminsky Balcom, Sr. He graduated from Pulaski High School in 2007. He was recently employed by Lowe’s in Watertown as a manager and had previously owned and operated a home business for several years. Kevin enjoyed traveling, working with computers and gaming.
Surviving, are his parents, Kevin and Betty Balcom of Pulaski, brothers, Travis (Jessica) Balcom of Lacona and Brandon Balcom of Altmar along with two nieces, five nephews. He’s also survived by his maternal grandparents, Rick and Lillian Stowell of Altmar and paternal grandmother, Donna Balcom of Pulaski and maternal aunt, Julia Davis of Watertown as well as several other aunts, uncles and cousins. Kevin was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, David Balcom and uncle, Wayne Kaminsky and aunt, Stephanie Muckey.
Funeral services will be held, 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 22nd Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski with burial in Riverside Cemetery, Pulaski. No calling hours will be held.
