    • April 22, 2012 Sharon R. Southwell, of Richland, passed away April 22, 2012 at her home. Born May 16, 1949 in Cornwall, Canada, the daughter of Maurice and Margaret Mere Brodeur. She graduated from Pulaski High School in 1968 and SUNY Morrisville in 1970. Married, May 16, 1970, at St. John's Church in Pulaski to Joel H. Southwell. She was a former member and past president of Northern Oswego County Ambulance, an avid bowler, and formerly active in Pulaski Little League. Survived by her husband, Joel Southwell Sr.; three sons, Joel Jr. (Sherrie) Southwell of Pulaski, James Southwell of Marlboro, NY, Jon (Kim) Southwell of Houston, TX; seven grandchildren; her mother, Margaret Brodeur of Richland; two brothers, Maurice (Melody) Brodeur of Hudson, FL, and Tom (Kelly) Brodeur of Richland, NY. Predeceased by her father and a sister, Claire Rogers. Services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in Christ our Light Catholic Church in Pulaski with Rev. Jozef Mucha officiating. No calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Northern Oswego County Ambulance, 21 Delano St., Pulaski, NY 13142.
