- Newspaper Obituary - October 3, 1933 Oswego Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - PULASKI, Oct. 3 (Special)- Mrs. Minnie Sanderson, 67, wife of David Sanderson, died early Tuesday at home home in Port Street following an illness of about four months. She had been a resident of this vicinity all her life and was married 41 years ago. Minnie Carey was born in the town of Richland Oct. 21, 1886, daughter of the late James and Elizabeth McMullin Carey. She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church, Pulaski grange, and Rising Sun Rebekah lodge. Besides her husband, Mrs. Sanderson is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Mina Thompson, Pulaski; one son, Floyd Sanderson, also of this village; two brothers, Mack Carey, Lorraine, and James Carey, Pulaski; one sister, Mrs. Eliza Reynolds, Smartville, and one granddaughter, Miss Dorothy Sanderson of Pulaski. Funeral services will be held at the home Thursday at 1:30 p.m. and at 2 p.m. in St. James Episcopal church with Rev. Ray Weston, rector, officiating, and burial in the Wesleyan cemetery, Lacona.
