- MRS. GOLDIE L. WALKER
Mrs. Goldie L. Walker, of Oswego RD 2, died last night in the Elm Crest Convalescent Home, Ellen St., where she had been a patient nine months. She was the widow of D.W. Walker.
She was born in Clay on June 7, 1892, daughter of Fred and Carrie Woodruff Rupracht. On July 23, 1911 she married to Mr. Walker. They moved to Oswego in 1943 from Richland. He died in 1959. She was a member of North Scriba Baptist Church and its Woman's Guild, and a farmer member of North Scriba
Grange.
Surviving are three sons, Velton C., of Buffalo, Gerald F., and Winifred, Fulton; two daughters, Mrs. Irene Coon, Oswego, and Mrs. George Randall, Pulaski; 20 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Clarence and Fred Rupracht, both of Pulaski, and a sister, Mrs. Neva Phillips.
Services wtM be Monday at 2 p.m. at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski, the Rev. George A. Butler, pastor of North Scriba Baptist Church, Officiating. Burial will be in South Richland cemetery.
Calling hours will be 1 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to North Scriba Baptist Church Memorial Fund or
o their favorite charity.
