      Newspaper Obituary - Tuesday Evening, June 13, 1911 Oswego Daily Times - Oswego, New York - Death of Dennis E. Austin - Pulaski, June 13 - The death of Dennis E. Austin occurred yesterday forenoon, following a severe shock of paralysis last Saturday evening. Mr. Austin was born in the Austin district, town of Albion, February 3, 1832. He has been in feeble health about six months. His boyhood days were passed in the town of Orwell, where he was educated in the district school. When a young man he moved to Richland, where he engaged in lumbering and farming. He removed with his family to Pulaski in 1885 and had since been engaged in the real estate and building business here. He was one of Pulaski's oldest and best known men. Besides his widow he leaves four sons and a daughter, Albert F. Austin of Pulaski, Eli F. Austin of Williamstown, Frank W. Austin of Fulton, Ora D. Austin of Albany, Oregon, and Mrs. Frank G. West of Pulaski. He is also survived by three brothers, W. Fayette Austin of Pulaski, Ezra Austin of Oswego and Clark Austin of Westdale. Funeral services will be held at the family home, corner of Broad and Park streets Thursday morning at 10 o'clock. The body will be taken to Williamstown for burial.
