      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, January 26, 1898 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Died - Averill - In Livingston, Montana, December 27, 1897, Mr. William Averill, aged 79 years. Mr. Averill was a native of this town, and went from here to the west about forty-five years ago. He visited this place fifteen years ago the last time. He was a brother of the late Nathan Averill of this place also of Mr. E. M. Averill, of Richland. The remains were taken to Fox Lake, Wisconsin, for burial. He has served many years as pastor of various Methodist churches in the country where he so long resided.
