    • Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, August 22, 1900 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Oswego County Notes - Mr. James F. Manwaring died at his residence in this village, August 14. Mr. Manwaring has been a resident of this village six years, moving here from Daysville, where he has resided many years. He was an upright, honorable man in all his dealings, one that will be missed in any community. A widow, two sons and one daughter survive. The funeral will be held from his late residence at 3 p.m. Thursday.
