- Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, March 26, 1902 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - An Afflicted Household - Last Friday forenoon, Elizabeth L. Remington was stricken with heart trouble and died suddenly. She was living with her son, S. L. Remington, in the Doane house, and had been unusually well up to the time of her death. Drs. F. S. Low and G. W. Betts were called but found all signs of life gone. Dr. F. A. Box, coroner, made an examination and pronounced the cause of death heart failure. Mrs. Remington came to reside with her son about a year and a half ago. The funeral was held Monday, at 2 o'clock, Rev. J. B. Felt officiating. Burial at Mexico. Saturday forenoon at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. S. L. Remington occurred the death of Mr. Fayette Tudo, father of Mrs. Remington. Mr. Tudo came to reside with his daughter a little over a year ago. He has been in poor health for some time. He was 63 years of age. The funeral was held from St. John's church, of this village, Tuesday morning, at 9 o'clock, Rev. Theodore Provost officiating. Burial at Parish. Mr. and Mrs. Remington have the sympathy of their many friends in this double affliction and deep sorrow they have been called upon to experience.
