      The Will of Joseph Allen of Barrington, Rhode Island as follows: In the name of God, Amen, I Joseph Allen of Barrington in the County of Bristol, Yeoman, this 12th day of December 1807, being in health of body and of a sound ---- mind and memory blessed by Almighty God for the same, do make and publish this my last will and testament.
      Imprimis: My will is that my just debts and funeral charge be paid by my executor hereafter named---
      Item: I give unto my beloved wife, Joanna Allen, one third of my real and personal estate as her dowery.
      Item: I give unto my beloved son Johnathan Allen thirty dollars to be paid in produce.
      Item: Item: I give and bequeath unto my beloved son Joseph Allen forty dollars.
      Item: I give unto my beloved son Benjamin Allen one dollar.
