- April 8, 2007 Richard F. Watters, Sr., age 62, of Pulaski, died Sunday at his home. He was born on August 2, 1944 in Oswego, the son of Charles and Ruth C. Doolittle Watters. He resided in Pulaski for the past 25 years previously living in Oswego. He attended Oswego schools. He was employed at Novellis Aluminum Co. in Oswego for 26 years retiring in 2004. Surviving: Three daughters, Stephanie Friot of Pulaski, Tracy Hardy of Lacona, Tammy Dollar of Bosier City, LA; one son, Richard Jr. of Bosier City, LA; two sisters, Charlene Russell, Joanne Seymour, both of Oswego; one brother, Clarence Watters of Pulaski; six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski, with spring burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Orwell. Calling hours will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
