    • Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, March 14, 1900 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Local Notes - The funeral of Mr. Sheldon Remington was held at the house yesterday afternoon, Rev. George Bayless officiating. Mr. Remington's death took place last Friday evening, at the age of 76 years. He was a man of probity, kindhearted and generous; a good citizen, kind neighbor and true friend and very highly esteemed by all who knew him. Besides several sisters and brothers he is survived by his wife, a son, Mr. S. L. Remington of Pulaski, and a daughter, Mrs. Crawford, of Syracuse. -Mexico Independent.
