    • GOBLE (MARTZ) - Vera Goble, age 90, the youngest of three children born to Mae and George Martz, passed on to be with our Lord on July 20, 2010. Vera was a resident of Grand Rapids, born in Howard City. Great grandmother, Ellie Polmanteer lived to be 101 years. Born again when she was about 50 years old, and led to the Lord by an Evangelist, Pete Cole who was also her step-son. Vera loved and was loved by her six children Daniel Spencer, David (Deb) Cutler, Sharon Hayes, Michael (Laurance) Cole, Kevin (Federica) Cole, Deborah Goble. It was Vera's wish for cremation. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday 2:00 p.m. at Seventh Day Adventist Church Central, 100 Sheldon SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.
