He was born July 14, 1977 in Rochester to the late Vardon and Linda (Neilson) Taplin. David loved to play his Xbox, read books, watch horrors movies and play jokes on his entire family. David is survived by his fiancée Nancy Cook, son, Kevin Larkin, step-children, Emily and Jacob Dow, siblings, Corasue (Brian) Wood, Vardon (Tamara) David Taplin Jr., Betty Taplin, Tammy Taplin, David Taplin, Brenda (Phillip Cartner) Taplin, Melinda (Robert) Neal, John (Danielle) Taplin, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
