Joe was a World War II Army veteran, retired iron worker, Local #60, Mayor of Pine Meadows, pilot, motorcycle enthusiast, big game hunter, outdoorsman. He enjoyed traveling andlived life to the fullest. Survivors: three sons, J.R., C.J., J.J.; three daughters, Nancy, Suzy, Terry; 11 grandchildren; one brother Harvey Fowler, Clyde; two sisters, Esther Roberts, Clyde, Eleanor Claire, Seneca Falls. Services: Come celebrate Joe's life Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Hastings-Gorski Post #1128, American Legion, 8 Vida Drive, Williamstown, NY.
