Evelyn M.B. Palm, 81, of 7436 Park St., widow of Louis J. Palm, founder of Fulton Boiler Works, Pulaski, died Saturday at her home.
A private funeral will be Tuesday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, with the Rev. Elizabeth Mowry officiating. Burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pulaski United Friends of Homeless Animals, Jefferson Street.
Surviving are a son, Ronald B., Oswego; a daughter, Dorothy D.H. Wilson, Watertown; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Geoffrey Andrews, England, and four sisters, Selina Knott, Pulaski, Drusilla Andrews, Watertown, and Doreen Andrews and BarbaraMarsh, both of England.
Born in Lindsey, Ontario, July 12, 1911, a daughter of George and Alice Howcroft Andrews, she married Mr. Palm in 1938. He died April 21, 1981.
Mrs. Palm had lived in Pulaski since 1957. She also lived in Minetto and Oswego for several years.
She was a member of the Pulaski United Friends of Homeless Animals. She was a member of the Pulaski Retired Seniors Volunteer Program (RSVP), the VIP Quilters and the Elms Golf Club. She was also a member of Pulaski women's bowling leagues.
