      been in ill health since the

      The funeral will be Monday
      at 9 a.m. at Holy Family
      Church. Burial will be in
      Sanford Corners Cemetery
      Calling hours are from 2
      to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday
      Contributions may be made
      in her name to the American
      Cancer Society.
      Besides her husband, she
      is survived by a daughter.

      Born May 2, 1940, in Watertown,
      a daughter of Vernon
      B. and Dorothy A. Snyder
      Gayne, she was
      graduated from Watertown
      High School in 1957 and
      from the St. Lawrence
      State Hospital School of
      Nursing in 1960. She joined
      the staff of the House of the
      Good Samaritan as a registered
      nurse in 1961 and had
      been named assistant head
      nurse in the pediatrics department
      prior to going on
      sick leave in September.
