      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, August 4, 2005 The Post-Standard - Syracuse, New York - Dorothy E. Geer, age 91, of Springbrook Apts., Pulaski, died Wednesday at James Square Nursing Home, Syracuse. She was born on July 27, 1914, in Pulaski, the daughter of Charles and Fannie Stark Wilder. She graduated from Pulaski High School in 1933 and graduated from Deibert Private Business School in 1935. She married Francis B. Geer on June 21, 1938. Mr. Geer died November 27, 1993. Dorothy was employed by Pulaski School District for 12 years as a clerk, retiring in 1962. She previously was employed by Hasting Real Estate & Ins. Agency, Pulaski. She was a 77-year member of the Pulaski Baptist Church and Ann Judson Mission Circle, a member of Pulaski Women's Civic Club, and former member of Pulaski OES#159. Surviving are her son, Dr. James F. Geer of Endicott; a daughter, Ruth Pederson of Herndon, VA; six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park St., Pulaski, with Rev. Brett Charsky officiating. Burial will be in South Richland Cemetery, Fernwood. Calling hours will be held Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Donations may be made to Pulaski Baptist Church, Bridge St., Pulaski, 13142.
