We extract the following tribute to the life of the deceased from a private letter: "She has gone to join the husband and son she loves so dearly, but what a glorious example of domestic love and devotion, of purity and goodness, of generosity and unselfishness and of Christian resignation and fortitude in affliction, she has left to all of us to emulate. Such is the inevitable of this life. Sickness and sorrow, pain and death, we cannot escape here." The floral tributes to her memory, a pillow, cross and crown, were very beautiful.
