Newspaper Obituary - Thursday October 18, 1990 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Donald A. Hager, 68, of Route 104, died Wednesday at the House of the Good Samaritan in Watertown. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 7385 Park St., Pulaski, with the Rev. Donald Wiltse officiating. Burial will be in South Richland Cemetery Calling hours will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Surviving are his wife, Roberta J.; a daughter, Donna J. Hager of Mexico; two nephews and a niece. Born July 2, 1922, in Fernwood, son of Gerald and Bertha Price Hager, he resided in Fernwood from his birth until 1964. He was a dairy farmer in Fernwood for 35 years. He moved to Mexico in 1964 and retired in 1981 after 20 years with the state Highway Department in Mexico. He married Roberta Hubbard in 1956 in Fernwood. Mr. Hager was a sexton for several years at South Richland Cemetery.
