      Newspaper Obituary - Monday, April 26, 1971 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Mrs. Vann Balcom Dies - Pulaski ¬Mrs. Ella Mae Balcom, 60, Clark Road, wife of Vann Balcom, died Saturday at her home. The funeral will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Taylor-Vida Funeral Home, Rev. Edwin Potter, pastor, Park United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in South Richland Cemetery, Fernwood. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Surviving besides her husband are six sons, Francis E., PenneMlle, John R., Fulton, Earl T., Rexford, David M. Leonard N. and Alton C., Pulaski; 16 grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Mildred Twitchell, Pulaski; two brothers, Allen King, Pulaski, and Paul King, Mattydale; an aunt, nieces, nephews and cousins. Born at Orwell May 19, 1910, daughter of Thomas and Edith Allen King, she attended Pulaski schools and on September 28, 1927 was married to Vann Balcom at Theresa. They have farmed all their married life in this section.
