Jule M. Reisinger, 92, of Plains Twp., died Tuesday evening at the home of her daughter, Ann Marie Navin, Bel Air, MD. Born in Plains Twp., she was the daughter of the late William and Julia (Merrick) Corcoran. She was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School, Plains, Class of 1930 and Mercy Hospital School of Nursing 1933 and attended College Misericordia. She was as a private duty nurse for Mercy Hospital until her retirement. Mrs. Reisinger was a member of the Parish Community of Sacred Heart/St. Joseph's Church, Plains, Sacred Heart Altar and Rosary Society, Plains, Democratic Club and the Plains American Legion Auxiliary, Joseph E. Conlon Post 558. She also belonged to the Ladies Auxiliary of the International Typographical Union. Jule enjoyed arts and crafts and the creation of gifts for friends and relatives.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John B. Reisinger, June 14, 1991; daughter, Noreen Margavitch, November 28, 1987; sisters, Nora Corcoran and Alice Conway; brothers, Patrick, Gerald, Attorney William, Donald and Hugh Corcoran.
Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Ann Marie and Frank Navin, Bel Air, MD; six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. from the Corcoran Funeral Home, 20 South Main St., Plains, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church, Plains. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
