George E. Peet August 23, 2006
George E. Peet, 75, of Mexico, died Wednesday at University Hospital, Syracuse, NY. He was a heavy equipment operator for the New York State Dept. of Transportation in Mexico, retiring in 1993.
Surviving are two sons, George of Little Elm, TX, and James (Lisa) of Mexico; one daughter, Lou Ann Peet of Mexico; three grandchildren, James, Tyler, Mattison Peet; one brother, Charles Peet of Palermo; one sister, Ethel Gleason of Mexico.
Funeral services 11 a.m. Saturday from Harter Funeral Home, 9 Washington Ave., Mexico, NY. Burial will be in Primitive Cemetery, Mexico. Friends may call 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Contributions to Golosano Children's Hospital at University Hospital, Syracuse, NY.
