Newspaper Obituary - Friday, November 26, 1993 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Barbara T. Farmer, Retired Teacher, Dies - Barbara T. Farmer, 88, formerly of the Pulaski area, died Monday in Elyria, Ohio. A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Pulaski Cemetery. Foster-Hax Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Surviving are a daughter, Ann Anderson, Bay Village, Ohio; three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. A native of Wanakena, Mrs. Farmer lived most of her life in New York State. Before retiring in 1970, she taught kindergarten in Pulaski and Gowanda. She was a graduate of Oswego Normal School. Her husband, James M., died in 1985.
Newspaper Obituary - Saturday, November 27, 1993 The Plain Dealer - Cleveland, Ohio - Barbara T. Farmer, 88, New York Kindergarten Teacher - Barbara T. Farmer taught kindergarten in Pulaski and Gowanda, New York, for many years. She attended United Methodist Church and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a graduate of the Oswego Normal School, now the State University College at Oswego. Mrs. Farmer, 88, of Elyria, died Monday in the Elyria United Methodist Home following a long illness. Her husband, James M. Farmer, died in 1985. Survivors are her daughter, Ann Anderson, of Bay Village; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Pulaski Cemetery in Pulaski, New York. There will be a memorial service at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Elyria United Methodist Home, 807 West Avenue.
