      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, July 6, 1961 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Emery Burial Last Tuesday - Services for Edward W. Emery, 85, who died at the Evergreen Nursing Home, were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Frank Johnson. The Rev. Edward Vander Hey of the First Baptist Church officiated with interment in Pulaski Cemetery. Mr. Emery had been a patient at the nursing home five months and had been in ill health for the past two years. Surviving are five sons, Harold, Donald and Edward of Nedrow, Charles of Pulaski and Francis Emery of Youngstown, Ohio; three daughters, Mrs. Helen Stewart and Mrs. Johnson of Pulaski, and Mrs. Betty Mowers of Pine Plains and 21 grandchildren. Mr. Emery was born in Oswego November 12, 1875, the son of George and Addie Mack Emery. He had spent most of his life in Mexico and vicinity and had made his home with his daughter, Mrs. Johnson, the past two years.
