Newspaper Obituary - Monday, April 24, 1978 Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Mexico - Services for Orvis J. Tousant, 47, of Route 3 North, who died Saturday at State University Hospital, Syracuse, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Harter-Olmstead Funeral Home. Burial will be in South Richland Cemetery. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Born at Evans Mills, he resided in Mexico most of his life. He was a junk yard operator. Mr. Tousant was a veteran of the Korean conflict and a member of North Mexico United Methodist Church. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Mice Tousant of Mexico; five brothers, Charles J., William N., Levi and Paul E., all of Pulaski, and George N. of Syracuse, and four sisters, Mrs. Florence Horing of Lawton, Oklahoma, Mrs. Dorice Weed, and Mrs. Shirley Kersey, both of Mexico, and Mrs. Ellen Ward of Lacona.
