SYRACUSE - Matthew “Matt” Egan, 51, passed away unexpectedly on March 21, 2018 at home in Syracuse, New York.
Matt was the son of Paul and Joyce Bufalini Egan, formerly of Fernwood, New York.
Matt was predeceased by his mother, Joyce Bufalini Egan and brother Mark Egan.
He is survived by his father Paul Egan, brothers Michael and Eric Egan, sister Nadine Kelly, and several nieces and nephews.
Matt particularly enjoyed photography, cooking, the outdoors, hunting, and the years he spent living in Colorado. He was also a big fan of the New York Giants, New York Yankees, and all Syracuse University sports. Matt enjoyed going to SU football games at the Carrier Dome with family and friends.
Private services to be held on April 3, 2018 at Sacred Heart Saint Mary’s Church in New York Mills, New York.
