      Frances A. Stacy Berry, 83, of 19 Scotch Grove Road, Pulaski, died Thursday at Mercy Health Center in Watertown. Born in Minetto, she lived in Mannsville before moving to Pulaski in 1985. She attended Minetto schools. She worked nine years at the Samaritan Keep Nursing Home, leaving in 1980. She was a member of Sandy Creek Rebekah Lodge.
      Survivors: Four daughters, Beverly Reynolds and Diane Berry, both of Pulaski, Elenor Wallis of Mexico and Judith Heilig of Dover, Fla.; two sons, James F. of Gouverneur and William L. of Sandy Creek; a sister, Hazel Slocum of Pulaski; a brother, Robert Stacy of Tulsa, Okla.; 19 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren. Services: 10 a.m. Monday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home. Burial, Pulaski Cemetery.
