      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, May 22, 1991 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Sanford Barclay, 69, Mexico Native, Dies - Sanford "Jack" Barclay, 69, of 249 W. Corning Avenue, Syracuse, a native of Mexico, died Tuesday at Community General Hospital, Syracuse. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Ballweg and Lunsford Funeral Home, 4612 S. Salina Street, Syracuse, with the Rev. Elizabeth Mallory officiating. Burial will be in South Richland Cemetery. Calling hours were scheduled from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Surviving are his wife, Joyce; two sons, Sanford Jr. and Michael, both of Syracuse; a grandson; a sister, Dorothy Johnson, Pulaski; several nieces and nephews. Born in Mexico, he lived in Syracuse 31 years. He was a welder with Industrial Fabricating Co. Mr. Barclay was a Republican party committeeman for the 14th Ward, and served as an elections inspector.
