Notes - Yolanda D. (Ridgeway) DeRose, 65, of Liverpool, passed away on Monday, September 19th surrounded by her family. She was a strong, loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was the glue that kept her family together. Yolanda was passionate about gatherings; especially, Thanksgiving, with friends and family. She loved her music, dancing, bird watching. She was a true New England Patriots fan.
Yolanda was predeceased by her parents, Madeline and Lyle Ridgeway; 3 sisters, Linda, Marie and Juanita and a son, Donald.
She is survived by her husband, Nicholas DeRose, Jr. of 30 years; children, Dawn, Michael, Elizabeth (Kenny), Amanda (Brian), Andrew (Jess); grandchildren, Madelyne, Kalab and Joshua; many nieces and nephews and her four legged Babies, Jackson, Roxie, and Misty.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 26th 11am at New Comer Cremations & Funerals with a reception to follow at the family home in Liverpool. In lieu of flowers the family is accepting contributions for the Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Foundation.
