Lawrence E. Archibee, 76, of Orwell passed away Friday December 26, 2014 at his home. He was born June 4, 1938 in Syracuse, son of the late Elwin Archibee. He is a graduate of Sandy Creek Central High School.
He served in the United States Army from 1961-1963. He was married May 3, 1962 at the Vorea Community Church to the former Marjorie J. Burns. He was employed by the Oswego County Highway Department for 36 years and the Town of Orwell Highway Department for 14 years. He retired in November if 1991.
Surviving are his wife Marjorie of 52 years, 1 son Ronald Archibee of Watertown, NY, 3 daughters, Laurie( Dennis) Le Beau of Richland, NY, Kathy Sayyeau of Pulaski, Donna Bacon of Pulaski, 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family, there will be no calling hours.
